The Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem is proud to present:

Commemorative event in memory of Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks‎

JUNE 28, 2023

‎The event was attended by a number of people and scholars who were deeply influenced by the teachings of the former Chief Rabbi of the United Kingdom.‎

‎Rabbi Sacks is known not only for the distinguished role he played but also for his worldview, according to which Judaism should actively engage with the world and integrate the best of Western thought to enrich its Torah, and that Jewish values can contribute significantly to correcting social and global gaps.‎

‎The activities of Rabbi Sacks Legacy are in line with the values of the museum. The two institutions share a common mission of fostering understanding, acceptance and positive change in Israel and throughout the Jewish world.‎
