Circles | Orka and Nadav Dagon Live

As Rosh Hashanah approaches, join musician and singer-songwriter Orka for an afternoon workshop and an evening performance with musician, percussionist, and DJ Nadav Dagon, exploring voice, rhythm, movement, and improvisation.

“Circles” offers an intimate musical experience at the Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem, inviting participants to slow down, explore their voices, and connect through music and movement.

For years, Orka has led singing circles, workshops, and performances in Israel and around the world. Her work explores the ritual and spiritual dimensions of singing, encouraging people to open their voices, express themselves, and connect with those around them.

The event will take place in two parts:

Afternoon Workshop with Orka

An experiential workshop focused on the power of singing together and the many ways the voice can be used to express, connect, and create.

Through vocal exercises, movement, and group work, participants will explore their voices in a supportive environment and discover new possibilities for expression.

No previous experience is required.

Evening Performance | Orka and Nadav Dagon Live

A live performance featuring voice, rhythm, percussion, electronics, movement, and improvisation, alongside Orka’s original texts.

Orka’s work draws on the ritual and spiritual traditions of singing, using music and voice to create a sense of presence, connection, and shared intention. For this special performance, she joins forces with Nadav Dagon, whose distinctive musical language draws on percussion, rhythm, electronics, and improvisation. His live performances are created in the moment, responding to the space and the energy of the audience.

Together, Orka and Dagon will create an evolving musical experience that changes from one moment to the next.
