Leadership and the Culture of Disagreement: Bynet Communications Executive Forum at the Museum

The Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem hosted senior management from Bynet Communications for a day of study and enrichment focused on understanding, inclusion, and integration.

The program, attended by approximately 100 senior managers from the company, combined internal organizational content with the Museum’s educational and conceptual framework.

Participants joined the Museum’s “Beit Hillel to Beit Shammai” tour through the historic alleyways of Jerusalem, focusing on the role of disagreement as a foundational element of Israeli culture and society. The tour examines the dynamics of differing opinions, from ancient disputes to some of the most pressing issues in Israeli society today.

This visit coincides with the Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem’s commitment to serving as a leading center for organizations and companies seeking to deepen values-based dialogue and promote a culture of partnership and understanding in both the public and business spheres.
