Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem Hosts Israel Tax Authority for Professional Seminar on Human Capital and Tolerance
The Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem (MOTJ) recently hosted the 150 members of the Human Resources Division and Organizational Learning Department of the Israel Tax Authority for a professional development seminar, further strengthening the Museum’s role as a dynamic platform for learning and dialogue among public institutions and organizations in Israel.
The program included a dedicated workshop exploring the Authority’s culture, alongside guided tours of three of the Museum’s exhibitions. The experience offered managers and employees a broader perspective on the values of tolerance and social discourse as essential components of contemporary organizational culture.
Eti Gabay Moreli, Deputy Director General for Human Capital Management, and Udi Blashai, Senior Director of Human Capital, delivered remarks during the seminar.
Holding the seminar at MOTJ reflected the connection between professional excellence and public service, as well as the human and social values that lie at the heart of the Museum’s mission.
This is the latest example of how the Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem invites organizations, companies, and institutions to host professional events in the heart of Jerusalem, leveraging its educational programming, engaging content, inspiring ideas, and cultural experiences.
