Leadership Academy

The Leadership Academy of the Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem is a pioneering initiative dedicated to cultivating a new generation of leaders and changemakers committed to advancing pluralism, equality, and dialogue in Israeli society.

Combining academic study, leadership development, mentorship, and hands-on training, the Academy equips participants with the tools to build partnerships, bridge divides, and lead meaningful social and civic change, while respecting and strengthening their cultural and religious identities.

At a time of deep social polarization, the Academy invests in future leaders working to foster a more inclusive, resilient, and cohesive Israeli society.
