The Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem invites you to a Purim celebration full of family fun on Friday, March 14th – all activities are free!

What awaits you?

  • Face painting stations
  • Glitter tattoo booth
  • Giant bubbles and balloon stations
  • Floor games
  • Giant puppet roaming the crowd
  • Food and snack stands (for purchase)
  • Children's show: "Esther, Queen of the Megillah"

This one-hour show tells the story of a clown searching for Mishloach Manot (Purim gift baskets). He discovers a mysterious box containing the Megillah of Esther, which comes to life before the audience. This amusing and thought-provoking play will be performed twice during the event, at 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Things to know

  • Cost: Free with advance registration (link to registration calendar here). Food and snacks will be available for purchase.

  • Registration: Advance registration is required!

  • Parking: Paid parking is adjacent to the museum.

  • Weather: The event will take place in the outdoor plaza. In case of rain, activities will be moved indoors.

  • Entry to the exhibitions is not included.
