Event Info

The Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem and the IDF Widows and Orphans Organization invite you to a moving memorial ceremony in English, honoring Israel’s fallen soldiers and victims of terror.
The event will take place at the Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem. Doors open at 6:45 PM.

The evening will include:

  • Torch lighting by Pesi Gordon, widow of Master Sergeant Naftali Yona Gordon
  • "Yizkor" led by Rabbi Benji Levy
  • “El Maleh Rachamim” performed by IDF cantor Assaf Nagel
  • Musical performances by the IDF Education Corps Band
  • A powerful panel with two courageous women:
    Dafna Russo, widow of Uri Russo who was a member of the emergency response team at Kfar Aza; and Sigal Steiner-Mantzouri, who lost her two daughters at the Nova music festival.
  • Speeches by Larry A. Mizel, Chairman of the Board, Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem, Rabbi Marvin Hier, Co-Chairman of the Board, Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem, and Yossi Cohen, Former Head of Mossad and President of the IDF Widows and Orphans Organization’s Friends Association.
