\n The Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem (MOTJ) is dedicated to advancing tolerance, dialogue, and shared values in a diverse world. At the center of its mission is igniting meaningful conversations, providing a platform for communities to meet, listen, and learn from one another. Inspired by the spirit of Abraham\u2019s Tent, the Museum serves as an open forum for conversation, fostering understanding and the development of a shared language across differences.

\r\nSituated within a striking architectural landmark, the Museum is a vibrant hub of culture, society, education, and innovation. Deeply rooted in the life of the city while maintaining a strong international outlook, it seeks to contribute to Jerusalem\u2019s development as a center of ideas, creativity, and influence, a city where culture, innovation, and education form the foundation for shared living.

\r\nThe Museum\u2019s activities are built upon four core pillars: rotating exhibitions and a permanent exhibition scheduled to open soon; a dynamic arts and culture center; an education department dedicated to fostering dialogue and civic engagement; and an international conference center. Supported by advanced infrastructure and innovative artificial intelligence based technologies, the Museum offers a dynamic, immersive, and evolving multisensory experience.

\n Architecture of Tolerance <\/h2>\n <\/div>\n\n
\n The Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem was designed as an architectural expression of its spirit and mission, a space that connects past and future, the sacred and daily life, and the diverse voices, beliefs, and cultures that make up Jerusalem. Its location at the seam between modern Jerusalem and the Old City gives it the role of a living, breathing bridge, with the building itself a distinctive sculptural form that has become a defining presence in Jerusalem\u2019s urban landscape.

\r\nEntry to the Museum is through the Tikkun Olam Garden, a quiet space that invites reflection and leads to a spacious civic plaza and an open-air amphitheater for approximately 1,000 people, featuring a restored section of an ancient aqueduct. The amphitheater functions as an innovative performance venue, with an LED screen and sound system that rises from the ground, creating an advanced cultural space that connects history, community, and creativity in the heart of the city, offering a layered encounter between past, present, and future.

\r\nThe building\u2019s fa\u00e7ade combines mocha-cream limestone with a wide glass curtain wall facing south. This glass surface opens the building to its surroundings, reflecting the city around it.

\r\nThe building spans approximately 18,800 square meters across four levels, including permanent and rotating exhibitions, educational activities, and an arts and culture center. At the main entrance stands a monumental staircase, serving as both a physical and conceptual axis, a continuous movement between perspectives, an invitation to listen, and an acknowledgment of the other.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n
