The program is led by Galit Wiederman, Senior Deputy General of the Authority, and is managed by Michal Etgar and Reut Levi Ram Cohen.\r\n\r\nParticipants took part in an in-depth tour of the Museum, were introduced to its content, and visited its various exhibitions. During the tour, a discussion was held on the reflection of public leadership in Israeli reality, alongside hands-on workshops led by the Leadership Academy of the Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem.\r\n\r\nThe choice to launch the program at the Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem reflects the connection between the current challenges facing Israeli society and the pursuit of excellence in architecture, programming, and management that characterizes the Museum.\r\n\r\nThe Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem is proud to serve as a platform for leadership gatherings of this kind and invites additional organizations to take part in the values-based and managerial dialogue held within its
